It started with a goal. It quickly became action.
Through member contributions, One for the City raised more than £15,000 in its first year
Those funds supported the “Speak Up, Voice and Influence” initiative delivered by GIPSIL. A programme designed to build young people’s confidence and strengthen mental health support
That number is more than a headline. It represents safer spaces. Stronger voices. Young people who feel heard instead of overlooked.
And this was just the first fund.
The message is clear. When businesses act collectively, impact scales quickly.
If 20 members can raise £15,000 in year one, imagine what 40 could do.
